CANCELLATION POLICY

Black Pearl Aesthetics Policies Booking & Deposits A retainer/ deposite is required to secure your appointment. Retainer/Deposits will be applied toward your service total. Appointments are not guaranteed until the deposit is received. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or forfeiture of deposit. Facial Policies Skin Conditions & Medications Please inform your esthetician of any skin conditions, allergies, medications, or recent treatments before your facial. Certain medications or skin conditions may prevent specific treatments. Active Ingredients Clients using Retinol, Accutane, antibiotics, or strong exfoliating products must inform their esthetician before treatment. Results & Reactions While facials are designed to improve skin health, individual results may vary. Temporary redness or sensitivity may occur depending on the treatment. Waxing Policies Hair Length Hair must be at least ¼ inch long (about the size of a grain of rice) for proper waxing results. Skin Preparation Please avoid retinol, exfoliants, chemical peels, or sun exposure in the treatment area for at least 48 hours before waxing. Medications Clients using medications that thin the skin (such as Accutane or certain prescriptions) may not be eligible for waxing services. Aftercare After waxing, avoid hot tubs, pools, saunas, tanning, workouts, or intimate activity for 24 hours to prevent irritation. Right to Refuse Service Black Pearl Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Consistent treatments every 4–6 weeks help maintain the best results for your skin and waxing services.
